Dad met Mum at University. They got married, and have 2 daughters. Dad has a job doing computers but is rubbish at web sites. Dad plays guitar, plays computer games and looks tired.

Mum decides to set up a web site. It is castles4kids.info. Dad helps, but only a little bit, because Dad is rubbish at web sites. He quite likes visiting castles and messing about with digital cameras and stuff, though.

One day Mum's internet domain needs renewing. Dad decides that as Mum hasn't given up he should probably spend £3 a month on some proper web hosting. Whilst he is doing this Dad stumbles across something called Joomla. You can make web sites with it using a database. Dad is not rubbish at databases so decides to give it a go. castles4kids.info version 2 is born.
